I provide web accessibility training for product owners, designers, web developers, and QA.

As a UX Engineer it's my job to ensure products are findable, usable, desirable, and useful.

I'm a strong believer that the best UX involves designing and developing with accessibility in mind. It's not only the right thing to do, but it's also commercially beneficial for your business and reputation.

Role: UX Lead for Personetics/Financial Insights. Create UX flow for users wanting to aggregate their accounts from the client dashboard. Responsible for wireframes, design reviews, stakeholder demos, and managing accessibility.

Personal Financial Management

Overview: PFM allows customers to aggregate their external financial accounts in order to see their finances in one place. Enabling customers to better manage and prioritize their finances.

Role: UX Lead for PFM. Create UX flow for users wanting to aggregate their accounts from the client dashboard. Responsible for wireframes, design reviews, stakeholder demos, and managing accessibility.

Bill Pay for Bank X App

Overview: The Bill Pay features on the Bank X web app offers robust solutions for making payments to businesss. The goal was to provide an omnichannel experience for customers.

Role: UX Lead for Bill Pay. Review and compare current web app Bill Pay features with native app features. Come up with solutions for including an omnichannel experience. Create a UX flow for users wanting to (1) set up and pay their bills, (2) view/edit scheduled payments, (3) make mulitple payments, and (4) allow users to activate/deactivate e-bills. Responsible for wireframes, design reviews, stakeholder demos, and managing accessibility.

The Lodge at Torrey Pines

Overview: Prior website was not web accessible or responsive. Stakeholders and users found site confusing and hard to navigate. Additionally, the Lodge at Torrey Pines provided a number of seasonal events which needed to be manually updated because there was no content management system in place.

A PowerPoint presentation startup located in San Diego. They design compelling presentations that'll give their competitors a run for their money.

Overview: Their presentations aren't boring, so their website shouldn't be either. Make website engaging and memorable.

Goals: Design brand identity and responsive website. Integrate Agile CRM into website to genearate leads. Design animations.

The Bahia Resort Hotel is a San Diego landmark with beach-front cottages, studios with panoramic views and spacious bayside suites. Making this destination the premier beachfront destination among San Diego hotels.

Overview: Current site is not responsive for mobile and tablet. Current content management system is outdated. Stakeholders and users found site confusing and hard to navigate.

Goals: Design modern and clean templates for the home page, landing page, and detail page.
